Healthiest Meal I’ve Ever Made

I ‘m kind of obsessed with our spiralizer.

And with eating better.

Last week, I made tomato sauce from scratch for the first time using a recipe from The New York Times. Then, I spiralized some zucchini and carrots, and fried up some organic chicken sausage.

There were no preservatives in this 100% organic, toddler approved meal. That’s something worth celebrating.
