Forget the Farm- We’re Yard to Table!

We’re growing squash in the yard, and Jasper has been a part of the process from the start. He helped me pick out the plants at Harvey’s Farm, and he helps Patrick water them every day.

Our first zucchinis were ready this week, and Jasper was excited to show me his prizes.

Together, we shredded the giant squash in preparation for some serious muffin making.

I made two kinds of zucchini muffins; in both recipes, I substituted the asked for sweetner for Isagenix and a bit of the Stevia sweetener that our health guru at Athletic Revolution recommends.

Jasper & I had some the next day, but I froze them in batches of 4 to prevent over-indulging.
